Jobarooni is a resume rewriting SaaS that helps job seekers tailor their resumes and cover letters to specific job postings. The Service analyzes job descriptions, provides interview preparation materials, and uses AI to generate optimized resume content.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Jobarooni, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your resume and other uploaded documents
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to job seeking
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
• Not use the Service to generate false or misleading content
• Review and verify all AI-generated content before submitting to employers

4. AI-Generated Content

Jobarooni uses artificial intelligence to analyze job postings and generate resume suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may require your review and editing
• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your final resume
• We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in job interviews or offers
• The Service is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your own judgment

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to Jobarooni, including your resume and other documents. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Jobarooni platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Spec1, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spec1, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Since your data is stored locally in your browser, deleting your browser data will remove all Jobarooni-related information. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
